I hate USPS

At first I thought it said UPS. Do you live in a house or apartment complex? If you were'nt home they should have left you a notice and took it back to the post office for you to pick up. Otherwise it could have been ripped off if they left it out in the open.
 
Yeah, it's by far not a perfect system, but name one that is. I see so many people hired here at the post office and wash out in a matter of days. They can't hack it. They did'nt think delivering or sorting mail was actual work. It's work, and an ensane asylum at the same time. :crazy:
 
They just drop my stuff off at my apartments' step and leave. :nonono:

Yeah, they really should'nt do that. I guess it depends on how big of a city you live in. When I was a letter carrier over 10 years ago, the town I carried in was like Mayberry. You could leave stuff on porches and at the door of an apartment. I never had one person say they never got their package. But in bigger cities, it's totally different. You need to leave a notice and have them come pick it up themselves.
