i am loking at an 04 cobra and 03 saleen. there both new but i have a few questions. the saleen is not supercharged so when i get it i would supercharge it. what car would you think would be beter for holding its value and for a 1/4 mile run once in a while. i would like to maybe be in the 11's but im just not sure if people buy saleens and mod them or not. would that be an ok thing to do? And witch motor is beter the cobra or the saleen? thanks for your help
Quick answer: The 04 Cobra is better performance wise and can get you into the 11's with mods. The Saleen comes both ways...they do offer a s/c 2V version. You will be running mid 12's with a few mods and slicks. The Saleen is a lot of money and most of that money is for look good mods. If you want performance, the Cobra hands down. You want looks and a nice cruiser, the Saleen.
