I need some help on the 1/4 window...

OK so I put new window motors in all the windows and they all work like mint, but the drivers side 1/4 window, it all floppy around and is fubard purdy much, so what can I do to rebuild it? Ive gotten it all tore down, and ready to take out, but if its not worth my time to take out lmk, or if you have a link to some pics to show how to rebuild would be awesome!!
