What'd you use? I've used wheel polishing compound before, makes them look OK until the next wash.

    www.lensrenew.com

Product works great and the guy, Robert, who makes it is super cool. It saved me a few hundred so I can put to more "go-fast" mods. :nice:

Doesn't sound like a bad way to blow 35 bucks, & I've got 3 Fords with headlights needing attention...how much was shipping on top of the $35?

Shipping/Handline is included in the price on the website. He ships it USPS so you get it in a few days. :nice:

Is this an ad? Is that two different cars? Is the before an old pic? Did you change your bumper? Just asking.

Not only the side markers, but one has license plate bolts(covered and painted) and the other doesnt!

Funny, in one pic, the backround is full of Mustangs, in the other, its full of Neons.

If you were going to lie, at least photoshop it!

Easy guys. Did you ever notice the window inspection (smog?) sticker in the lower section of the driver's windshield?

those are texas tags and texas inspeciton stickers

all we're asking is: Is this an advertisement or a real experience? and what gives on the car?

Well, it's not like he just signed on in order to pimp headlight polish. I just took it as one car guy sharing experience w/a product. Maybe I'm a sucker, but I doubt it.

I took it as him sharing an experience, but I dont like a company providing before and after photos of a car that is not theirs, or at least, not the SAME car as the BEFORE picture.

But then again, he claims he has a white cobra... there are 2 above... and they are both different vehicles.

Wow! I did not mean to start any kind of gnarly debate, I only noticed that the bumper looked like it was swapped. I noticed the window reg. sticker also. I was just hoping the guy who posted "the ad" would come back and clear it up.
You can clean up those head lights with a real good plastic polish and some elbow grease. It takes awhile, but you can get the "yellow" out.

    Just askin

I think it may be the same car. The guy likes to drive with his rear view mirror crooked too. Now everyone has me trying to find Waldo in those two pic's!!!

Pretty valid observation if you ask me.

    My theory:
The first picture was taken awhile ago, and he hasn't had another picture since then, so he used it. The second picture was taken recently and he put the stock corner lenses back on and had the bumper holes filled in or got a new bumper put on.

In any case, the headlights look great now!

looks great! I was in the market for that stuff and couldn't find it anywhere until your post. So I used regular rubbing compound and it worked great.

well, I am seeing this a little late, but I can vouche for 97CasperCobra.

He is in the SVT Cobra Mustang Club in the Houston area. This is not an ad, its a product experience, he had told me he was going to try that product out and see how it work 1st hand.

The first pic is either at one of our cobra meets or a local fordpower meet, the second if in front of his apartment. The car is the same, the clear corners are the same(the orange reflection of the bulb shows more in one pic), the bumper is the same. The angle the picture is taken, hid the license plate hole plugs. Take it for what its worth, but just wanted to let y'all know.

It also has the registration and state inspection sticker on the drivers side , and also the SVT Cobra Mustang Club logo on the passenger side in both pics

here is the same car, different angle that you can see the headlight hase on [IMG]
