i wanna move it to the passenger side of the car, what does that relay thing do ?

circuit breaker for power window and perhaps power locks as well.

i think it's the PCM power source hence the breaker

Agreed. The computer uses a fuse link buried inside the wiring harness near the starter solenoid.
