Ignition/ Electrical Problem Help

I ham having a problem with my ignition and electrical. I just replaces the 200 in my stang with a 289, but i am not getting any spark and my ignition switch dont work. It will start work if I jump the soiloniod but It still doesn't have any spark. I check the coil and it is good. I replaced the underdash harness in mt stang and I am sure I got the wiring of the ingnition switch right if I got any of the orther wiring worng will it affect if my car starts or not. Help me
