ignition upgrades?

Just wondering what ignition upgrades are reccomended for a 100-shot? Ive got a wet kit on the car and have a little extra x-mas cash (about 250$) and i am going to upgrade my ignition before i spray.
What do you guys reccomend?

i plan on getting a new coil, plugs, and plug wires. Do i need an msd box? if so which one and where is the cheapest place to get them. Thanks

i run a 100 hp shot and i run a digital 6 msd ignition box. i like it cuz it has timing retard in it. so when you are on the spray it automatically retards your timing for you. i believe the safe number is 2 degrees retard for every 50 hp shot of giggle gas
