After 2 years of my stang sitting non-op in my driveway I am putting it back on the road. I installed a bassani x w/cats to pass emissions. The bassani is much quieter than my old o/r h-pipe. I thought the x was supposed to sound more "exotic" but it really just sounds like a quiet h-pipe. I also can't get into more than 1/2 throttle without the car pinging like crazy. I replaced all the fluids and filled the car with new gas. Anyone know why the new pipe would cause the pinging? Well, now the car is back on the road I'm throwing the old o/r h-pipe back on the car. Flowmasters+ o/r h is teh win
