Installing UCA's

I am getting ready to have some lowering springs installed and figured while I was at it, I would install some new struts/shock and LCA's. With all that, the UCA's will have to wait a little while.

My question is: Can the UCA's be installed seperatly with having to lower the rear axle? Are the under tension like the LCA's are through the spring? Is it something I can crawl under and install in a few hours?
