So just got off the phone with State Farm:

    $5,250----Retail
    + 315-----Tax
    + 23-----Transfer
    ______________
    $5,588
    - 400----Deductible
    _______________
$5,188------------------They'll cut me a check for this if i want them to keep it.

Im thinking i'll keep it. The transmission alone is worth the buy back price so i'll even out immediately upon sale of that and anything after that is just extra.

But damn, i was hoping the buy back would be more like $500!

Not decided yet. Im having a TOUGH time deciding between a sports car and a truck. I want the space of the truck since im 6'2" 230, but im scared of the gas. $85 fill ups at 15mpg IF im lucky doesnt sound fun. But if i do stay in the game i'll probably be getting a LS1 powered car....MAYBE a 99/01 cobra.

But either way i'll still be hanging around here, i've been floating around the other forums and....well.....they're just not the same!:nonono:

Its a stock bottom 100k + mile 302 first of all. Second, i'll take a few spots as needed ;)

I say get a 96-98 cobra, if not go with the trans. Forget the gas guzzling suv.

I should be able to get pictures of EVERYTHING in the next 2 days. The car is still at the collision shop now. I'll be picking it up today hopefully. Then i'll get it home and start taking pictures of everything i can think of:nice:

Hey Nate, if you're going to be parting the car, there might be a couple things you could help me out with (notably the driver side plastic door bezel which covers the door lock, windows buttons, etc.)

    PM me if you can.
