I have a 95 gt and I'm running a tubular gt40 intake and fox TB. Is a intake adapter necessary?

Not if you have a fox throttle body.

Yeah, he is confused. I'm assuming you currently have a Fox throttle body that is already installed on the car?

Its all installed and running, like crap, but its running. I just inquired about a CAI since the one I have now is some junk from auto zone that doesn't even go to the fender well. I'm trying to figure out this surging idle issue....

A+. I didn't know you had a fox throttle body. I was thinking you were running the TB that was off a 94-95 car. I suggested the adapter thinking you might run into a clearance issue.
