Interior Paint/Dye

I have a 1991 Mustang GT and the previous owner replaced a few broken interior parts (vents, ashtray door, etc.). The parts he installed are in great shape, so I was thinking about dying/painting them to match my stock interior. Will interior dye match my stock color parts or will I have to dye everything? What color of grey was used in the 91s? (I know my '89 GT was a different shade of grey). Thanks.
