Interior Quater panels

Will the interior rear quater panels from a 75+ fit a 74 ?

Yes,I installed 77 panels in my 74.besides the front seat belts the rear hatch is the same.the back seats and front seats interchange also.

Is the 75 front seatbelt hookups the same as 78? I need a front driver's seatbelt. I have a 78 that some idiot put the wrong interior quarter in so my 78 driver's seatbelt does not match up. I either need to get an interior quarter out of a 78 or else get a driver's seatbelt out of the one year that was different from the reat of the II's. Is the 74 the different one or is 75?
