I've been looking for a long time, socal wildhorses is the closest one but they're LA based and most of there meets are in LA, I have a red 94 gt. Well if there's not a club someone needs to start one. We oughta get some mustangs together and meet up somewhere, I know there's some more mustang owners in the area that post on these boards, so if your out there post a reply and lets meet up, we need to keep this thread going
Wildhorses does have members in the IE. We have a couple in Yucaipa and one in Redlands but most of the IE members live in Ontario and Fontana. If anyone is interested I can arrange regular (once a month) meets in the IE. We used to chill at Hooters or Dave and Busters in Ontario. If anyone else has better meeting ideas please feel free to share and I can implement them. I could probably get 10-14 Stangs for a hangout/meet in the IE (2-3 of them found my club through StangNet, heh). Hopefully we can get a good group of StangNet members, it would be a cool showing. I can make a short video and post it here.
Ya that would be better then trying to start a new club, I have a weird work schedule so sunday is the only for sure day off work for me, I'm going to try and make it to your guys next meet on the 18th
It's cool that you are going to show up on the 18th. About the monthly IE meets, like I said if you have an idea of a location where we can meet once a month I am open to suggestions.
I'm down for a bigger IE showing for Wildhorses. I'm up in Victorville...so not real sure where a good place would be...open for suggestions like everyone else. I also work nights and most Sats so Sundays would be the best. Running a 95 GT...mostly stock with K&N filter and Flowmasters..starting to get tired at 134,000 though.
Im live 5 minutes away froM UCR...and i wanted to check out on some mustang clubs...but i dont know if a v6 mustang is preferred...
For those wondering, we welcome ALL Mustangs, 4bangers, V6s and 8s. When I first joined the club I had a V6. Below is the first Mustang I ever owned, a '98 V6. I had so many great memories in that little beast. :tears:
ya ... i don't think it matters what kinda stang you got, just that you have one and are into it. i've been so busy i haven't been able to come to any meets at all ... however depending on what day and time the hooters thing is i might swing by considering i live within walking distance from the ontario mills mall.
This Sunday at the WH Monthly Meet (link HERE, all SNers are invited) I will get together with all the Inland Empire people who show up and decide on a location and date.
No ideas on where to meet in the 909? Joe-Stang what kind of places do you guys(WH's) meet up at? I was thinking of meeting up somewhere in san bernardino. Yup sooo hopefully we can plan a 909 meet
Unless someone can think of a better (specific) location than Hooters in Ontario, then the meet will be there.
