Is This Engine Bearing Bad?

I found the number 5 cap bearing with a haze on it and it won't come off. I'm not sure how that happened? The bearing has never been used and I kept it in a plastic bag and it was coated with oil. I'm about to put the crank caps on and the number 5 bearing has this haze on it, all the other bearings are fine except for the number 5. Is this bearing no longer good?

That wont hurt a thing as long as it is not cratered eating into the babbit layer.... Im assuming that is a "p" bearing, stock style.
