I know there are several threads out there already discussing rack and pinion conversions using a rack from a j-code GM car, so starting another one is not my intent. I need help locating u-joints, so this question is for those who have already performed this conversion.
I plan to do this conversion in my 69 sportsroof and the rack I have receives an 11/16" DD u-joint. I have looked everywhere I can think to look online and I cannot find an 11/16" DD u-joint anywhere! Has anyone had this problem before? Where did you all get your u-joints? Thanks!
