just another cam question

Guys im wondering what cam is best for me. Its for the car in my sig. Only thing different is it doesnt have TFS wedge heads. I sold em to a buddy. Its gonna have the GT40p heads. I dont know which cam is gonna be the best for my setup as i want more power and better quarter times. I dont wanna modify my pistons i just wanna get it installed with no issues. Any brand, TFS, FRPP, dont matter. And can i get a explanation on the difference between the E and B cams from FRPP and the stage one and stage two from TFS please. in words i can understand. Not familiar with cams and dont know what duration and lift and all that involves or is for that matter. I know Crane and Lunati make good cams. Any suggestions there? k thanks

I know you do not want to hear this, but I would suggest getting cylinder heads first, before the camshaft.

I downgraded because of an emergency. needed money. it was either sell my boat or sell my heads.........what would jesus do?
