just one more problem

Finally got the car running after all that freakin wiring and It runs like crap. Checked the compression everything was great expcept for the number 1 cylinder, which had 0 compression, replaced the heads all in one day, and I still have to put all the little accesories stuff back on.

I basically must have this car done by Thursday or I dont graduate because it was my senior project. not to mention Im at school for 11 hours a day because of track

Did you put water in it yet? if water shoots out of the radiator you blew a head gasket

First pull the valve cover and check that the valve is going up and down might be bent and staying stuck open

rotate crank to TDC both valves should be closed
pressurize cylinder with air hose Is any air leaking out?
1] carb =intake valve
2] exhaust= exhaust valve
3] crankcase = broken rings

number 3 ---drop the pan and pull the #1 piston after checking valve timing
