Got a couple new questions I will ask myself now everytime I cut a piece off the car. What's the smallest piece I need to cut off to fix it or do I plan on replacing the whole panel?

Bought a inner wheel well patch and in my infinite wisdom I cut off the old inner to mate up with the flange on patch panel. I could of gotten away with just cutting a small part around the trunk drop off. The patch does not line up with the cut I did. Duh..

Now I need to buy a new inner and ask my self what is the minimun I need to cut or should I replace the whole panel. Just ranting.

Pale....im usually broke like the rest of us and do most of the work on my car myself as well....but when it comes to body work, i pay someone else to have those worries! lol....my car had that same sugery done to it, the guy bought me a whole new inner, but just used the bottoms of it...my car is no show queen, just a driver, so its fine....covered up with some undercoating, you can never tell.
