Hey guys and gals, any help would be great, long story short, my credits been tottally fudged up due to various circumstances, some my own dumb fault, some cause of all my deployments and banks not understanding the army... but anyway... I had to get rid of the stang awhile back, but i'm back to a situation where i can afford the payments on one again... Problem is my *****ty credit rating.

Does anyone know of any loan agencies that will deal with bad credit scores????

Have you tried USAA? B/c you are a service member, you automatically get accepted as a member and they do give out loans. Also, try joining a credit union and going that route.

+ 2 :nice: USAA Is awseome. It is the only lending institution that is willing to partner with you as a person. They default to you being a good, hard working guy first.

To fix your credit you just need to make all payments on time and don't take out too many loans (including credit cards). Try to maintain a maximum ballance on your credit cards of about 30% of the total available credit and never miss a payment on anything. Your credit will rebound quickly if you are carefull.

Yeah use your credit card for gas money and other cheap purchases that you can for sure pay off every month. That'll help your credit out TONS. Thats what I'm doing right now being as I currently have no credit due to never buying anything on credit. Now I can start off with a great credit rating so when I come to a point in my life where I need to make a large purchase on it (house, cobra, etc) I won't get rammed in the poopchute paying for it.

The only thing that can fix credit is the passage of time and wise use of your existing credit.

ARE YOU TRYING TO TELL ME THAT...

thousands of dollars worth of internet **** and escorts does not help... especially when you drink away your minimum payment money..

Also going to the casino and maxing all your cards out on one hand of poker is not a good idea either???? man I am screwed then...

:p :p :p

Seriously, fix your credit first, it should not take too long. If you buy a car now you will have a very high interest rate.
