Long tube headers

Looking to get Long tube headers, i dont race so i heard that getting the ceramic coating is not needed. Also, i understand that chrome builds a lot of heat, so i was told if not ceramic go with a black coating. I found these for my 97 GT 5 speeds, cant find many reviews so i was hoping you guys can help me out

What does racing have to do with ceramic coating? Ceramic insulates and protects your headers.

i just got them for my 97 gt, im getting them coated so they dont rust because ive heard a lot of people say the black paint burns off and they rust, the headers also come with a sticker that says " this is not high heat paint, repaint with high heat paint" so either do what im doing and coat them yurself or get the ceramic coated ones, its worth the money
