Probably going with Steeda.

What springs?

99/01 cobra?

can't really explain, you just have to go out and drive a mustang/cobra with IRS and feel the difference

just get the 03-04 cobra springs.

I would get H&R but that is me. they are cheaper and they have a couple rate options. sport and race.

I thought the 03/04 cobra was heavier up front (iron block) higher spring rate?

That is why I'm thinking springs for a 99/01 cobra
