lowering spring Q

I installed this http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1&part=FMS%2DM%2D5400%2DA&N=700+115&autoview=sku kit last week. The rear dropped about an inch, but the front is still just as high as stock. The bottom of the springs are lined up in the A-arms. Has anyone else had springs take this long to "settle'?

During the install did you loosen/remove the A-arm bolts? If you did, when tightening those bolts it is best to do when the weight of the car is on the spring. This way there is no binding of the bushings in the A-arms. If the A-arm bolts were tightened when the A-arm was hanging down it can keep the car lifted up from the binding of the A-arm bushings.
