Has any one bought from these guys because they have great prices like $199.00 for a 67-68 "California Special" type decklid (http://mpmotorsports.net/images/67-68MustangCSTypeDecklid.JPG) , $259.00 for a 67-68 67 Shelby Hood (http://mpmotorsports.net/images/67MustangShelbyHood.jpg).Im really interested in these guys so do they get a or ?

Those look like cheap racing pieces because they do not have the correct frames underneath.....I would stay far away from this stuff. With fiberglass body panels as well as most stuff in our hobby you get what you pay for.
