Maintenance Recommendations

I'm at 105k miles on my 01 Bullitt and I'm trying to figure out what maintenance I should do. I'm not talking about tune-up maintenance such as air filter, fuel filter, spark plugs. I'm referring to heavy maintenance, if any.

When I'm leaving a stop light I blow a puff of blue smoke. I'm thinking I need to replace my valve seals. What else should I be replacing at this mileage?

To some degree that would depend on how you have maintained in the past. Transmission service - fluid change, differential fluid, inspect everything from belt and ball joints to yoke ends on drive shaft. Things like valve seals are typically replace as needed and not limited to a specific time or mileage. These are like engine mounts - you replace as needed.

I'm current with all the fluid changes. Ball joints still feel good, no vibration issues either so I'm assuming yoke ends are ok. What about timing chains, tensioners, guides, seals, etc? Is there a way to tell when those things need to be replaced?
