Apparently all the teens watch this Gossip Girls show. I see this going two ways: 1. The teens, all hyped up on hormones, don't talk to their parents and just blindly follow the kids in this video. or 2. They actually do talk to their parents, giving the parents a medium for interpersonal communication with their kids (good) and the kids receive a political lesson. Of course, there's also the chances neither party knows anything about politics or a senior in high school will out-knowledge their parents on the subject. The latter never happened in my family.
I believe this is just another attempt to persuade the college generation who have no ideals themselves to flock together, like the sheep they are, and vote democratic. My brother is a sophomore @ UC Santa Barbara...he says the lemming syndrome and liberal C8unt rag ****es that are teachers at his school, pressure these retards that do not yet understand the consequences of voting socialist to vote for Obama...My brother, as well as the rest of us are disgusted!
There's a saying "if you're not a liberal in college you're insensitive, if you're still a liberal out of college you're an idiot." I think people steadfast in their views at a young age from either side are equally ridiculous. If you're not actually weighing each issue you're simply adopting the ideology of your often equally misguided peers/professors/ and even parents - and that makes you an intellectual dwarf. The Social Activist for a day kids are the worst here, bust out of their classroom with a 12 hour life-purpose based on what they were just taught.
What an uber ghey video Although I am thinking of calling that last chick that was hot "Im thinking of voting for McCain, will you come pick me up and blow me?"
Being on a college campus sucks. Even at a much more moderate school, Purdue, its sickening how many Obama supporters there are here... ...they have tables set up everywhere during class hours. Theres even a bunch of local restaurants/businesses with signs that say "VOTE" real big on them and then theres a bunch of Obama **** underneath that with his logo and everything. I've boycotted those businesses...
As my professor was getting in a crack about McCain today, I smirked under my breath with disgust because of his little "one liner".. A girl next to me said.."oh, are you a republican?".. (although she said it in a condescending manner).. To which I replied, "damn right"... For the rest of the class, she looked the other way.. There are tons of signs for Osama, all over campus.. Kids wear the pins on their shirts.. they have his stickers on their binders.. All of the professors say you have to vote.. One of my professors is even giving extra credit for voting.. When they say you have to vote b/c it's a historic election, you know they want obrama to win.. I am honestly ashamed to be a member of my generation.. You couldn't force me to put a check next to obamama's name.. Palin and her daughters FTMFW
