making sure before i buy tires

ok i have 15x8 summit quick 8 rims with a 5.5bs found herewill
these fit with only rolling the fender lip
if not or if so any other suggestions i need them to be street legal and some decent tread on them

i was also looking at these
Nitto 555 275/50 if i wanted to spend the extra money

also what will fit a 15/4-15 rim aka fronts or should i buy the 15/7-15 it's for a weekend driver

I had the 15x8x5.5 bs wheels on my 90. my quad shocks were already gone before I bought the car so dont know if that would have made a clearance issue but, I had 275 50 15 MT drag radials and they fit ok at stock ride hight. the fenders were also rolled before i bought it. Once I lowered the suspension about 1.5 inches, they would rub a little so I beat the fenders out a little more. Up front I have 15x4 wheels. tire size is 185/75/R15. they are what would have been stock tires fo a 73 vw bug. now I have centerline convo pro 15x10x5 bs. for my new street tires i have these. MTT6654 from summit.
