hey guys...this is my first post. i've always checked these forums for good advice so now i'm asking for some of my own. i'm planning on buying the MM full-length subframe connectors. does anyone know where i can get these installed professionally in the san fernando/L.A. area?? i live near sylmar off the 5-freeway if that matters.
do you all recommend these?? and do they make a significant difference in body roll?? any downsides to having these on your car?? give me some of your input. thanks everyone.

sub frame connectors are very good. dont know of any place to install in your area, but your making a great choice with mm, and the sfcs. first off, if you drive your car hard, and launch often etc, the sfc keep your chassis from bending in the middle and weakening so its a good preventative mod. also, going over speed bumps and into driveways feels much nicer. car feels much stiffer and not like a cadillac; much nicer stiff "sporty" feel. in turns ofcourse you also get the extra stiffness which feels much nicer than stock. sfc :nice: MM :nice:

serper3...i've seen you around on the forums. thanks for the quick 411 on the sfc's. yeah, i haven't really heard anything bad thus yet, but i'm definitely planning on buying these soon. i just want to make sure i get a professional install. how much does this install run?? thanks again for your advice.

Not from your area and don't know who can install. But I've seen MM's products first hand and it is all top quality stuff. The only thing I can recommend is that whoever does the install make sure they do it on an aligment rack intead of a regular lift. When you put a car on a reg lift it flexes the body, if you weld in the subframes this way they are welded onto a body that is already flexed. Make sure they do it the recommended way so the car is in the natural resting position when they are welded on.

    no problem:nice:
i dont remember how much i paid to install, but it should be close to the $100 range. about 1 hour of install, or so. about $100 per hour.. installing, u just have to be sure they can weld well, and like stated, they are welding the sfc, with the tires weighted..

I paid 150 a couple months ago to get mine welded in. From what I hear and my experiences with MM, you pretty much can't go wrong with them.
It might be just in my head but it seems like my car is a lot quieter as far as creaks and rattles. If I turn off the radio on the highway now all I hear is pipes and air....it's good, man.

yea i cant believe i forgot to say how its deffinately pretty much eliminated creaks and the like when going over speed bumps and into driveways... i always think those awfull noises are kind of embarassing so for me it was a great plus to get rid of them..
