MGW shifter

I am really on the edge about getting the MGW. Only because the shifter now seems to shift so well. It seems like all I do is push up for the 2-3 shift and it does the rest. (It is a stock shifter, I looked). One reason I could like it so much might be that I had a 93 SHO before my stang and it was like shifting a freakin' truck. Also, how hard is the install? Thanks for any help. I really want one, because of how much everyone says it helps, but I don't know how the shifting could get much better..

Oh it's better, trust me. Even compared to when the stocker shifted well, it was still a long throw and much slower. This is just so much quicker to shift now. And the install was easy, as I've said in other posts, I am a girl and have no experience working on cars, I'm learning as I go and it was no problem at all. Hardest part was scraping that sealant off, and that wasn't hard, just slow.
