The PS3's wifi is great Ive never had any connection issues and a lot of the time I have great connections in the games. Very rarely see yellow bars usually the dark green or light green.
I hope the career mode doesn't end in like 6hrs. I have been waiting very eagerly for this game. Last I heard was this wasn't going to come out till Nov 09.
After the first installment of Modern Warfare the online aspect is going to be even more of a draw to this game. The single player campaign on the first one was really good, I blew through it in about 7 hrs and was kinda bummed until I started to play it online and then I was hooked. I was a big FPS hater before this game now I cant get enough modern warfare online.
Honestly, thats because you came from a PS2 background. If you were an Xbox guy, you would have loved shooters.
Good point which is true to an extent but COD4 MW was not the first FPS I ever played. I had played Doom on PC and Unreal tourment quite a bit online on PC before the conception of the Xbox was even thought of. I played Halo and Halo 2 but even dispite the FPS back ground I had to that point I was still not a big fan of FPS just was not my type of game. COD4 really changed that and it was due to how good the game was put together and how excellent the online play is. I still hold COD4 MW as the standard of all online FPS games even after its been for a few years now. I also own Ranbow 6 Vegas 2 and while it is fun and by no means lacks anything in the FPS online aspect it still does not reach the level of MW. I dont seek out to buy just FPS games now but MW 2 is a game that I will not miss. I had put down COD4 for awhile and just stated playing it again. Im on prestiege level 5 right now and my goal is to reach level 10 and unlock everything before MW 2 comes out in November

I'll have it for PC, no doubt. I'd have to totally relearn how to play the gay using the joysticks on the xbox360 controller.
