My blown/331 1986 GT **lots of pics**

    Well after 4 years of scrounging, saving, buying new and used parts, and scavenging classifieds and wrecking yards, my car is finally road worthy. Here is a few pics I wanted to share. This car has been as much of a headache as pleasure but I have had a lot of fun wrenching on it and have met lots of good people because of it.

    I've been like most of you spending hour after hours putting something together either to have it break or tear it down again to change it.

    It's now sporting a 331 built by myself and a Paxton 1220SL seeing about 7lbs of boost.

    Ran the car at the track for my first ever going down the strip. I ran a 12.24 @ 112.4 mph with just the 331. I had a blast! Waiting till the end of June before I go back to run it with the blower. Hoping for mid 11's!

    Looking good... But I personally would put the tint back on, it looked mean like that!

    Thanks, it was too dark and getting crappy. I will eventually get it redone, just a little lighter.

    Nice work looks good like 25th said tint would look nice. 20% is good, not to dark and not light.
