My wife just picked up a '10 GT....got a question

Its an automatic, Comfort package, heated seats, 19 inch wheels

When I checked the oil yesterday It appears that the air intake is not a factory piece, but I cant determine what brand it is? Its got "cold air intake" embossed on top of the filter box?

It stickered for $35000 and it was marked at $28000 and some change, had 9112 miles.
