What is the best kind of car i can get for 14k. My damn DD acura is a lemon i think. any suggestions, i want nice, reliable, 03-04 UP; with 28inch rims
The best I can tell you is look in the news papper etc. I got a 89 Mazda I use as my dd old as crap but I don't care.
I just leased a 2010 Toyota Corolla LE for $200/month, its nice and has a six disk changer and lots of options.
Nissan and toyota are dominating the market right now. I sure a three or four year old altima or corolla will more than fill what you want. except for the 28" rims. or.....
x2 if MPG isn't a big deal. I bought my truck for 13,9xx out the door. It was new. Not many options but thats what I wanted.
Usually when I need a DD....I just date a chick who doesn't like to drink. I bought at 08 Corolla S.....pay like 350 a month new. Sure you can find cheaper used. I get like 36mpg's and half my commute is stop and go interstate traffic. Not a bad looking car, hopefully will last a long time. I seriously considered a new Hyundai Elantra though. Base models come with a lot of good options....good mpg's.....low price.....
They come with a great warranty too. My friend bought one new in '04 and hasn't had any problems with it. I had a '00 that I drove for a while and it drove very nice for such a low cost car. For the 14K you could get a brand new with some $$ to spare
I picked up a Honda Accord EX-L with a 2.4 vtec for around 14 with 60k Miles. Stilll has 40 k under warranty. Every option but the navigation, which would you really want 4 year old tech? 24/32mpg
