Need an engine

I know this is a mustang forum, but most of us have other cars besides the mustang and im sure we know people with other cars, so its worth a shot.

I am looking for a 95 Ford Probe/Mazda MX6 GT Engine. 2.5L 24v.

Either in great shape and low miles or rebuildable.

I came across a 95 probe that needs an engine, so picked it up for 200 bucks. The piston went through the oil pan on it and the block and everything is grenaded inside.

its for my sister lol

i like to have a pos project car though. plus since it was my first car i for some reason always want to get another one. plus i know them like the back of my hand.

i would check junkyards, i'm pretty sure there are a couple locally that would sell you the engine for 100-250
