putting my head back on my car after bending a valve and forgot how much to torque the heads too. I did have the specs when I built the motor from back issues of 5.0 and muscle mustangs but I forgot which ones (I have 8 years of back issues!)I have GT-40 aluminum heads and ARP studs instead of bolts. Also need the intake torque specs for a Vortech intake.

Sorry, list is a little confusing to me. Is it saying to torque them down to 75 and then 85? Also I see it mentions bolts, dont you torque the studs down to a different spec then the if you had bolts.
