need help car not starting

I have a 89 convertable just done some motor upgrades explorer upper and lower intake 24lb injectors 75m trottle body c&l cold air with 75mm mass air trick flow stage one cam 1.7 roller rockers gt40 heads car will not start tore down to time chain twice it is set at top dead dot to dot new ngk iridium plugs and msd distrib and plug wires i out ideas plz help anything i am overlooking this is my first build so still learning about it all
