need some help

I have fairly stock 94 gt auto i need to know what would be the best cam i could get?I have a couple of things done like

373 Gears
CAI
full exhaust x pipe
March pulleys

And i also want to get a torque converter what would be a good stall range and how much time do u think will be taken of my et? Thanks

Welcome to the boards

The Steeda 19 cam seems to be very popular among the people here. Some others also run the E cam, but most people who are serious with their cars get a custom carved cam from FTI. A 2800-3000 stall coverter would be good.
