Need Transmission Help 1993 Foxbody 5.0

due to knee surgeries and just getting old, I need to convert my manual T5 to an automatic. I don't want to put a Ford OD because I am afraid it won't hold up like I want. I am not really going to ever race the car, but I do enjoy displaying my horsepower every now and again. I have supercharged 5.0 with just under 490 rwhp. Just looking for suggestions on a good transmission.
