Had to share, just got these on my black muststang. They are dark red shelby 10" stipes with pin stripes. I like it so much, that I decided to cancel the Boss hood scoop install. My son gave me the idea, he has a model of a 67 GT 500, Black with dark red shelby stripes in his room. He wanted the car to look like that. What do you guys think?
that looks awesome, but im a firm believer that stripes should only be painted and not vinyl...vinyl is for music not cars.
Yep. Im having a hard time doing anything to that beautiful aluminum hood. Im not doing anything that requires cutting or drilling. I may do stripes myself one day. I like the stick on because it can be changed if I decide I want something different.
the only sticker that will find its way on my ride is the audio companies im running. thats only if they are classy. (not a personal stab at your stripes AT ALL) I have my elemental designs (audio company) sticker right in btwn the quarter and side windows and it looks AWESOME imo. if they were painted id be full speed ahead! but the vinyl brings me back to like....wohoooooo they look bad ass haha. love the look though, just not the material.
I agree. The vinyl can be removed if you like. It looks great and I would NOT install a hood scoop. I think it would detract.
