well i had my bracket race on saturday and it was for 1/8 mile only and boy i wish we were going to the 1/4 mile that day because i would of had a NEW 1/4 mile best of 12.76 going over the numbers from my 12.87 pass and this new 1/8 mile best.

First time ever in this car i hooked 1.79!

    60: 1.79
    330: 5.23
    1/8: 8.12
    mph: 85.49

(God i wish we were going to the 1/4 mile would of been a 12.76!)

    Previous Best was:
    60: 1.80
    330: 5.31
    1/8: 8.23
    mph: 84.57
(this run became a 12.87 on the 1/4)

Next race is Feb 28th on the 1/4 mile and man i can only hope for good weather conditions again!

Very nice time! Although, the 1/4 ET may have been even better than the .76 you thought you could've had! Usually (not always) what you gain in the 1/8 is doubled in the 1/4. You're .11 reduction might turn into .22 reduction for the 1/4:D What was your outcome in the bracket race? Good luck next race as well:nice:

oh dang.. well now i know the car has better than a 12.8x in her just need the same conditions again.

Well I was pretty consistant in qualifying with 8.18 and 8.12 both with 1.79 60 foot but in round 1, im not sure what happened but she didn't hook up. It got colder out and I don't think I did big enough burn out to get heat into the tires but sadly i hit a .056 light and i didnt hook up at launch did a 1.90 60 foot and ran a 8.40 the other guy was off his dial by .15 , all i had to do was hook up and i would of won but thats drag racing.:p

Next bracket race is 1/4 mile on feb 28th lets hope it goes better and maybe come home w/ a new 1/4 mile record:nice:

Man, you're getting very close to my supercharged 07 GT (automatic w/centrifugal blower). I post 1.80-1.89 sixty foot times, 5.1's and 5.2's to 330', and run 7.90's @ 90 in the 1/8 mile. You're already launching as hard (or harder) than me, and a few more minor mods and you'll be running even against me in the 1/8 and 1/4 mile!
