New Cams / New Tune

2010 GT - 4.6 : New Ford Racing Cams installed this weekend, The install went smooth, took my time, as I am no mechanic but felt confident enough. Took longer than expected, no problem there... Double checked everything, started it up, sounded great, idled great... That's where the fun ended, as soon as I touch the gas it dies, and the smell of gas fumes is overwhelming. Any suggestions.... thx...

Will the new tune in am waiting for from Diablo assist me with this problem .?

Ofcourse. If you look at their spec sheet it states custom calibration is required

At last, somebody with less patience than me to check out a new mod, lol!

I'm surprised the car idled at all. The tune is required, as SpartaPerformance said and you may need a few back-and-forths with your tuner because cams can be tricky to tune.

Please post an update - we all enjoy hearing about new stuff and the driving impression.
