New Clutch Issue

Hey guys, I need some help figuring out an issue with this new clutch for my 03 Cobra. I got my flywheel rebuilt at McLeod and the clutch is RAM Powergrip HD. I've been chasing this problem for quite a while now and I took the transmission on and off three times. I made sure every procedure was followed correctly.

The issue is slipping when I give it gas (about 1/4 throttle) even at lower RPM. The clutch grabs very high, almost at the top. The engagement area is very short, less than an inch before the clutch is all the way up. I adjusted the clutch so when the pedal is all the way up, there is a slight slack on the cable to make sure the fork is all the way back and the clutch should be engaged all the way. I was told to tighten the cable a bit to take the slack off but that just made the issue worse.

I checked the pressure plate diaphragm and the fingers line up almost parallel to one another. However, the release bearing does not have any clearance between the finger and the bearing.

Any help will be appreciated.
