So i could not a find a good video anywhere for bassani race mufflers on a 5.0 . So i decide to buy them and try them out.I got them yesterday and install them last night.I dont run tailpipes ,so the install was quick and easy.I need to get some dumps install once i get a chance. They are quiet at startup and idle, but its pretty loud when i rev it but not slp loud.I didnt get a chance to take the car for a drive but once i do i will get more videos.

here are pics of how the mufflers look.I almost didnt want to install them because they look so shiny and nice.

With these bullet style mufflers that are wide open straight through.....i mean how different can the sound really be? Do louvers or whatever on the inside wall of the muffler make that big of a difference? Are they the same length(say dynomax bullet, slp, xr-1 and this race muffler)??????

Im at work so i cant listen but i will later. I just find it interesting that the same design of a muffler sounds "completely" different. And i hope we are going in more depth than just the sound of a midpipe....kinda like with flows....no matter if its an x, h, D, or prochamber....you're going to hear that same flowmaster tone.
