So I installed BBK ceramic unequal headers and BBK X pipe w/ cats. After a couple of runs up and down the block it started smoking by the cats and a little in the engine bay. Is this normal?

It's white smoke, coming from the cats n tail pipe.

Completely.normal. they are coated with a thin layer of oil to protect them while they are in storage. Smoking will stop after a few runs.

After you heat it up go back and check your bolts.
