The finish on that pod looks just as bad as the finish on the autometer pods.
I prefer the Speed Of Sound pod myself.
    http://www.speedofsoundllc.com
It starts off with a genuine ford pillar and they add either the 2 or 3 pods to them.
They even have provisions for adding the Raptor shift light.
I went with the Autometer Nexus Gauges which seem to be at the complete opposite end of the spectrum from the gauges on that site.

The center gauge console pod was around $60.00 or so and then $65.00 to have it painted to match the charcoal interior code. The gauges ranged from $50 to $70 discounted from what I can remember (STML) short term memory loss :D

Yes when I say the finish I mean that the SOS pillar is finished to look like the rest of the interior including the texture and color. They also have a triple pillar pod and are in the process of developing a center pod.

The CDC center pod is very nice however it doesn't come color matched and it has no texture to it. Maybe I'm just being too picky.

What dimmer wire did you use for the lights on your gauges?

I am going to install a NOS gauge this weekend in my 05 gt. It is an Autometer C2 series and has an internal blue LED (like yours) but I do not know where this wire is.
