I found this site by looking for information on restoring an 85 Mustang. My first car was an 85 GT and while I was stationed overseas my family sold the car. I always said that if I could find the right deal on another 85 that I would jump all over it. Just recently I came across such a deal, the car is an 85 with t-tops, no motor or tranny but the body is in excellent condition.
I really have no idea where to even start restoring. I am planning on a 302 and 5 speed but other than that, not really sure where to begin my build.
