Roush goes back to the 70's when he raced pro-stock, it was Gapp & Roush back then. They raced every ford that came out, they had a maverick, pinto, mustang II, fairmont, granda, T-bird, capri and even a probe. Jack has been playing with fords for a long time. I'm sure he actually started in the 60's, just didn't get famous untill the 70's with Dyno Don, Bob Gliden and the other ford pro-stockers of the day.

The 428R is a great choice, and the black/matte black stripes is something I have always loved. That said, given money is no object, I think I would get this...

I'm not as familiar with Roushes as I am with Shelbys, so I'm learning a lot on this thread.

What do ya figure the PJ Saleens sell for? $55k?

If money were no object for me, here's what I would get (besides the '67 I listed above)...

Welcome to Stangnet! You made a great choice. I love the car.

OKIEWAN- there is no need to bash someone else's car. If you don't like 226embarcadero's stang then keep it to your self. This has been said over and over "To each his own". In my opinion it is very immature to do so. In the end he still owns a Stang and thats all that matters!

Sorry for the OT rant.....Jus Cruisin GREAT Choice and keep us updated!
