    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
this is my daily driver so I need it up asap! my brake pedal got lower and lower over a two week period. The opther day it just went all the way to the floor. After talking to a few people I replaced the b-booster. It was making that pshh sound when I pushed on the brakes. I replaced the booster with another one. it should went away but no brakes. I adjusted the bolt so it would actually push in the master cylinder. still no brakes/all the way to the floor. I've been reading about air in the booster. How do you bleed the booster?
do I Ned to bleed the brakes when I change a booster?
is there anything else I can look for???

It just seemes like there is no pressure there IE: the vacuum is not holding in the booster.
oh! when I pull the vac. line going to the booster I do not here any other sucking from a cracked hose. It looks to be ok as far a vac goes. there is a strong vac.pull going into the booster.
    please please help....

    Definately bleed the brakes.

I would almost guarentee you have air in the lines.

Have you replaced the master cylinder? What you have described sounds like a master cylinder, not a booster. A booster would have the brake padal feeling very hard to push. Not, to the floor. You also pulled the MC, to put the booster on. You certainly had to pull the brake lines to do that. You also need to bleed the brakes.

get yourself a Haynes or Chiltons (or even a Ford Service) manual. It will help you fix it right, the first time.

    Good luck!

if you jacked around with the master cylinder, that needs to be bench bled before going back in. then you need to bleed the brakes. a brake booster will "boost" the power from your foot. seeing how its ridiculously hard to push 4000 lbs of pressure with our legs, the booster helps us out. so the booster taking a dump would make the brake pedal stay at the top instead shoot to the floor. just some food for thought

my money is on the master cylinder if it starts off a little stiff or it feels spongy and its starts going down slowly its the master cylinder

This maybe a dumb suggestion, but if it was going soft over a two week period did you check you wheels cylinders for weepage, or look for anyother signs of a fluid leak. No sence replacing everything also you look at everything, you could have a pin hole leak in a line as well, your fluid must be going somewhere.
