Like it says, Im from Ma. but f-those canadians (haha jk but not really) USA all the way (if your parts arent made overseas where are they made... oh yeah in MY COUNTRY) My mom is crazy and she rooted for those Canes since forever so good for them. It would be better for us if the Bruins won but whatever- the majority of the team is from Canada and Abroad so there you go. The Carolina Hurricanes are the Stanley Cup Chanpions! -fawcett
I wish the oilers played the first period like they did the third. It would have been a better game. But Carolina came out strong and determined. They deserved it. I still think that should have been a penalty shot what was the official ruling on that play? I was at a sports bar having dinner for the first period and they had these baseball games really loud so you could not hear the hockey.
Oilers did great, no complaints. Of coruse I wish they won but they did great saying as their golie got injured and the replacment hardly even got any time in this year on the ice during game time. Also they were weak at the beginning of the season. If they didnt have that injury im sure the outcome would of been diffrent, but the replacement did a awesome job for his experience! Congrats Canes...nice try Oilers!! Canadians will win next year!!!!!
Matt, am I wrong in thinking that Jussi played just as well as Rolie? I watched many of their games (and ALL of their playoffs) and, as good as Roloson is, I think his replacement was phenomenal. Now if they tried to put Ty Conklin in there, I think it would have been a massacre. I 2nd the penalty shot thing. That should have been one of 2 things. If it wasn't a goal, it should have been a penalty shot. No if, ands, or butts about it. The dudes upstairs are idiots.
