ok my car was originally an AOD car, i did a t5 swap and i left the NSS unhooked for a long time. my interior is out so i figured i would try to find it and hook it up.

i found the NSS pigtail on my car but it doesnt match the NSS plug on my pedal assembly.

i think the pedals came from an 89 maybe, i dont know if there is any differences b/w them.

the kicker is the pigtail on the pedals are just two black wires. so i dont know which is which.

the pigtail from the car has the light blue wire.

am i missing a portion or are there just differences b/w the plugs?

i guess i can take the box out and find out which wires are which

just seeing if anyone had any info or encountered this problem before.

Automatic transmission setups use the NDS for both starter control and "informing" the ECM of load condition (in-gear vs in-neutral). In manual transmission setups, half of the clutch pedal switch is used exclusively for starter control, and the other half (CES) used to "inform" the ECM of transmission based load conditions along with a gear switch at the T5 (NGS). You would need to separate the starter control portion from the ECM portion and wire them separately to the clutch pedal swith assy. connectors.
